Ireland resident Lou Metzger, as a survivor of the Hinckley California water contamination catastrophe that forms the basis of the movie Erin Brockovich, is well acquainted with the havoc contaminated water can wreck on a community. Lou took his photography mastery to Ireland over two decades ago and now lives there with his wife of 26 years and three of his five children in a restored rectory. He lectures on Photography and Adobe Photoshop DKIT at the local college, maintains a very active photography business, and is the president of the local Lions Club. Lou is a licensed scuba diver and a licensed drone pilot IAA, and is the founder of the Camera Club of Carrickmacross. He has personally sponsored five Wells and will take his fourth trip to Uganda in 2017.
